We originally were just going to repoint the existing Patio, but once the jointing was removed the Flags became loose. The previous Tradesman had layed the Patio ontop of earth with no compacted sub base. He also layed the flags on a dry sand and cement screed! The Aco Channel was also ontop of earth and not mortar. We lifted the Patio and relayed it under correct procedure. A new Pathway and Lawn was also installed.
